• The house is generally available from the beginning of April to the end of October.   

• Rentals are usually on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday.

• Please do contact us for other options that may be available.

• A 25% deposit is required with booking and the balance is due one week prior to occupation (upon which the house keys will be sent to you).

• Payment can be made by online transfer.   We are unable to accept payment by credit/debit card.

• The deposit is non-refundable if notification of cancellation is received fewer than four weeks prior to occupation.

• The house has gas central heating and unlimited hot water - both included in the rental.

• Broadband internet with wi-fi (approx. 35 Mbs)

• All beds have single duvets (apart from the double bedroom, which has a double duvet) and two pillows.

• Bed linen and towels are provided (but not beach towels). 

• No pets allowed unless by prior arrangement.

• All breakages and damage to the house must be paid for.

• Requests for renting the house for unaccompanied teenagers will be declined.
